Called Verizon today. They have the same policy as AT&T -- one phone exchange. After that, there's a $35 restocking fee each time you exchange a phone.
Been doing some research and Tracfone looks like they have reasonable rates and reasonably priced phones. Does anyone have any experience using Tracfone?
